question regarding dosing of arimidex

cycle:

600mg deca/week - 10 weeks
50mg winstrol oral / week - 50 days
500mg test cyp/week - 10 weeks

done 'several' cycles before (this one is not heavy compared to others I have run)

what dose should I run the arimidex? I am paranoid about gyno - was thinking .5 ed. is this to high? how do you guage the dose? what are the issues with taking to much? or can you?

What I do know is that I f'd up one cycle and was taking 1mg ed. I did that because I was on a wicked cycle and I hate the water retention. Unbeknownst to me taking to much l-dex can completely wipe out your sex drive even at 1gram of test per wk.

What I do is start out with a 1/2 mg every 2 days and add more only if necessary. I only break out the dex when I have too...it stays in the safe when I take tren, winstrol, var and light cycles of deca and test. Be careful...if you think deca dick is bad, liquid-dick is worse!

I have absolutely no problem with the sex drive (its through the roof right now).

what do you mean 'it stays in the safe when on winstrol?

and how do you know if you need to increase the dose? how do I know if I'm taking too much? can taking to much increase estrogen some how?

yes...I've never needed dex with anything but heavy stacks of Omn250, Dbol and 800mg Deca cycles. Other than that what's the point? V won't put any real water on you.

Start by taking .5 mgs eod and if after while of being on it and you're still not sure if you're taking enough......you're taking enough! If your nipples start to get sensitive start taking it ed.

With your cycle...everyone is different, I wouldn't start to get gyno until about the 14th wk of that cycle and even then I may not because those dosages are a little under what I'm used too. But on the other hand some people are susceptible to it.

I would go with 0.5mgs/ED of Arimidex. If that's not doing the job, up it up 1mg. Also, drop the deca to 400mgs/wk.

0.5mg eod does the job for me, gets rid of the baggy bloated throat and chins pretty quickliy. Arimidex is very potent so start off low, you normally don't need much

it does NOT increase estrogen....

sides? bad lipid profile, loss of sex drive are about the only problems, but, in reality, moderate dosing wont give much of a problem.
