Question on Nolva?

I just want to run 10mg's of Nolva EOD for about 3 - 4 weeks to increase my test levels. This is not PCT, I have not run any cycles in the last 6 months. Any suggestions, would this be ok?

I already have Nolvadex. Why do you guys think it's a waste of time? Any explanation on this. After doing some reading, I thought it was pretty clear that Nolva raises ones Test nearly 60%.
