question on loading syringes

guys, i need some help loading up my syringes better. i am mixing cyp and eq. i draw the test up fine, but then when i go to the eq, its very tough. is there a secret to drawing up to oils? all i have is 22g by the way to draw with. thanks

Two things:

It is easier to draw oil if you warm it first. An easy way is to put the vial in a glass or bowl of hot water.

Before you put the pin in the vial, draw air into the syringe, then pierce the rubber and inject the air into the vial. This will replace the oil you are about to draw out. It is harder to draw when there is a vacuum inside the vial.

I like to run part of the vial under warm water to thin out the oil which makes it easy to draw up. Inject about 1/2-1cc of air into the vial to add some pressure in there which will also helo and do not go to fast. Pull on the plunger but go nice and slow. I draw everything up with a 22g and no probs at all. What kind of Eq are you using ?

i have a hole bunch of 19 x 1 1/2 that i use just to suck the gear in the syringe then i take that off and put the 22 x 1 1/2 on ....... that way its sucks up quick and i dont have to worry about hitting the needle on the glass or anything .....

EQ is thick, but not too thick for a 22g. Warming is good, but what works for me is injecting as much air as you want EQ... like trading the bottle air for its EQ. Usually its a smooth trade unless you have a greedy bottle :)

don't get into a hurry when drawing up the eq. pull SLOWLY back on the plunger.

Agreed! Nature hates a vaccum..
You need to equalize the pressure inside the vial as Anigo said.

BTW cyp is oil... just some gear is a little thicker than others!
I just say this because of the wording of your question.... Some new guys just might think it's not.... I'm assuming that you do.

guys, i have no problem drawing the first liquid up..... its when i have to mix oils in the same syringe. how do you get the second one into the syringe as easy as they first? do you put air into that one even with oil in the syringe? get what im saying??? i have managed for the past week, but its been tough. thanks

Lets say that the pin case your using is a 3cc case...

You draw your 1 cc of cyp.... fine
next with 1 cc of cyp all ready in the pin ... draw another cc of air into the same pin

insert the pin into your eq and push the air into the vial... Just the air

Then pull back the plunger until you have 2cc's of fluid in the pin case.

I have a 25g. needle to use when I start my E.Q. cycle. It's the only size they had at my local drugstore. I thought it would be easier than sending away for them. Will 25g. work ok for a once a week glute shot?

Iron, yes but it will be a slow process drawing and injecting... but thats OK ... you do not want to shoot it fast anyways!

Yes. That's what I do.

I use 24 g. pins for eq. and they work fine, just slow.
