Question on increasing Natural Test?

I have Nolvadex, and was wondering if I took 20mg's EOD would help increase my natural test levels. Just to note, I have not done a cycle, just want to run some Nolva for a few weeks to produce natural test.

I dont know if there would be any benefit whatsoever from doing this. Perhaps a more experienced person can chime in here with some usefull information.

if you take nova it will lower your estrogen....witch will make you have a higher test leval compared to esrogen...this will help you look leaner...less estro less bloat
but i dont think it would make you stronger...it may help you look better though...

Here are 2 things that will help you:
10 sets of HEAVY squats
10 sets of HEAVY deadlifts
10 sets of HEAVY bench press

Those are core exercises, do them and your natural test will go up. You don't need nolvadex for that.

Yeah but hasnt it been established that the increase in testosterone production is only temporary then it decreases to a lower base level? I think using excercise for testosterone production and excercises for growth different in some respects but yeah the heavy compound options are the best bet.

What you describe above is true of an AI like aromasin, letrozole, or arimidex. Nolvadex does not decrease estrogen, it competes with estrogen for binding sites.

To answer your question, Nolvadex does increase test quite significantly. An often quoted study says, 142% of baseline in 10 days, 182% of baseline in six weeks, maybe even more if took for longer.

I'm have been on Nolvadex only for a month and have noticed a great increase in sex drive.

Whether it will cause an increase in muscle gains is another story. Nolvadex decreases IGF.
