Question on first cycle

Mon-Friday I work with a trainer and spend 1-1.5 hours lifting. Goal is 4 sets of 6 exercises for total of 24 sets.

I then do 45 mins of cardio 3xweek.

Am I Overtraining? Thanks for the advice.
I personally think your split is good. Your getting an upper body off day on Wednesday when you do legs, and I am a FIRM believer in muscle refeed, so the sunday LIGHT workout is simply funneling blood and nutrients to all your muscles and preparing you for the next week.

Where I think you are way over training is 24 sets. Do 12-14 sets per body part, maybe 15 sets on bis and tris day.

Yes, you can cycle beast alone.
