question on fats vs. carbs/protein?

I’m interested in changing my diet up a little bit. I’m currently doing around 250 g of carbs and 225 g of protein I’m also getting around 70 g of fats. Do you think I should switch this up a bit and get more fats as part of my macros and if so should I sacrifice more carbs or protein? My goal is to have more energy and more strength
 
There is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition. Some people react differently to different things. You just got to try it out.
 
Make sure you're eating wild caught fish. It's a great source for fats. That's one of the best ones.
 
I would experiment with high carbs and high protein. See which one works best for you. You may notice something different.
 
Bros I got a lot of respect for people who experiment. Some people react better with high carbs and some people react better with high protein. Everyone going to be different.
