I am relatively new to bodybuilding.
I have heard many people talk about cycling carbs. For example over the course of 7 days, someone might eat 100 carbs, 140 carbs, 180 carbs, 100 carbs, 140 carbs, 180 carbs, and on the last splurge day they will eat 400 carbs. Then they will repeat the cycle.
Can someone explain to me the logistics of carb cycling and carb loading.
