if we were to use this, should we cease use of the PureCEE...?

Or just cut back the dosage we were currently taking...?

what would be the ideal dosing if we were to try using both at the same time... I see the Ao2 has 2000mg of PureCEE in it... is this the same grade as the stuff AF Store sells alone...?
 
what ive read is that on your off lifting days, take the purcee and during your lifting days, the amp02 is enough. if you still wanted to take the purcee on lifting days, take it after your workout.

Amplify 02 has more than enough CEE stacked with NO2 and Neurotropics
Perfect for workout days ( take all preworkout)

take Pure CEE on OFF days to "load"

Amplify 02 tastes like Hard Lemonade, not bad but not great either, please consume 2 scoops as a "shot"
chase with juice or water

results far outweigh the flavors.

i'm game to give it a shot...

so on training days just take 2 scoops before, and don't take anymore CEE for the day...?

how many servings will you get from a bottle, using 2 scoops at a shot...?
 
if you workout 5 days a week Amplify 02 would last you more than 1 month.

Take 2 scoops of Amplify 02 - 20 minutes PreWorkout
Take Pure CEE on Off days

Please wait till tues for the New Amplify 02

i figured that, but how much powder is in a scoop...? cause i'm almost imagining taking a shot of powder only...? unless it's a very small scoop of powder...?
 
1 scoop is about 13 grams
so add 2 scoop in a small glass of water,
mix with spoon and just down it as a "shot"

Fitcrise that is very graciuos of you to say the flavor is not that bad but in reality it is not good

HOWEVER the results really outweigh the 3 seconds of hard taste.

well I think ive taken it with my last 4 workouts, so I am just starting to feel the benefits now. but I can definitely last longer, feels just like regular creatine with more of a kick. I have been having problems with an extremely dry mouth cant for sure pin that on amplify yet (drink 2+ gallons of water/day way more than usual). i'll update again after a few more workouts when its in full effect
