That's understandble, hence why I come to this board first and foremost for my knowledge; to listen to some experienced advice. But my point is, once I gave you my stats, you still wanted more...my meal plan and calorie count, for merely a suggestion of a cutting cycle. And I believe I did tell you what I eat, albeit briefly. You could've just taken my word that I know what I'm doing with the diet. If I would've said i was 22 then you can ask for more details, but I'm 32 and gave you my stats (5'10, 180, 9 years lifting, etc..) What else constitutes stats on EF? Maybe if i would've known that, i would've answered correctly.
But I understand what you mean. Now can I ask what's a good cutting cycle synergy-wise for solid and lean results? =] Is there a specific combo that's better than another one? What about a combo of 3 from that list? I really would appreciate your or any other experienced mind's help. I want to do this right.
