Is it possible to drink while on Clenbuterol? And does taurine help you stay hydrated or just stop the cramping?

keeps you from cramping by keeping the cells hydrated..

if you want to grow or to lose weight, you won't drink.

clen never gave me the cramps, so I didnt ever use the taurine.

As far as drinking, if you are taking clen to drop some weight you really should stay away from drinking.

elite athletes dont need to get fucked up...imho...when i stop fighting...and i am just training to keep in shape...i will start burning the weed and drinking a little here and there...but until then...nothing to take the eyes off the prize....
