Question for those who've been to the Arnold Classic

I am gonna start packing soon. Is it casual dress all 3 days or do you have to be dressed up at all? What about for the VIP Dinner? Thanks.

For what, the show? People dress in all diff ways. Your wannabes will dress in spandex shirts and some of the chicks will have skirts. Theres everything from suits to tshirts. I've never been to the dinner because the whole thing is a crock of shit. VIP my ass. If it takes $500 to be invited to a VIP dinner, fuck em. I went the the Japanese steak house across the street instead and ate next to Palumbo and Kovacs. Granted, this was a couple years ago.

Its casual. However, wear something decent to make up for the rest of the meat heads in their tank tops or flannels.

Definately dress up for the dinner.

Dress however you want. I do suggest that you stay away from the bright yellow "Y back" tank tops that will be on display ad nauseum. Besides that it's all good...

If you are going to the vip banquet and out on Sat, I recommend wearing something nice like a slacks and a nice shirt. I usually wear a tie, but not this year.....I only care about the WPO stuff. It's a lot of fun and you get to meet a ton of people like yourself where you don't actually stand out or feel like the odd ball for being into weights.
