Question for those living in LA area

need some help on this:

how much would be the cost for a taxi / limo from LA int. Airport to san bernardino ??
date would be a monday , daytime around 3 o clock

whoa! thats a long way. Unfortunately, L.A. is widely spread out nd taxis in L.A. don't have a maximum limit on what they can charge. I once took a taxi from the hollywood area to my house (about a 30-40 min drive) and they charged like $70. San Bernardino, depending on where you are going, is atleast 1 1/2 hours away, thats a good chunk of change. I'm assuming that you would also need to take a cab back to the airport at the end of the night. It would probably be more fun and economic to rent a limo for a few hours and have it drive you and your date around all night.

actually its not for a date...i am going to study at csusb for 7 months. and i need to get me and a friend to our apartment across the street from csusb...
pickup service from the university is around 120 bucks i think, i just wanted to know what a regular taxi costs. to compare...

My bad, I thought this meant it was a "date". Is the $120 per person? If so, then you're probably better off splitting the cab fare with your bud.
