Hey man..yes, i do train about 5 clietns at there homes. At times they do come into my studio for alternative workouts to switch things up. But, to answer your ? Most of my clietns have home gyms and I am not just talking about a nautilus machine either. I live in a pretty upscale neighborhood so they all have there basements filled with all sorts of machines like, leg press, bp, lat pulldwn, incline benches, physioballs, freewts.etc. Every now and then I do have to get creative and I will bring some med balls and body bars. As for there cardio, before or after I will take them for a run in there private neighborhoods up and around culdasacs and sidestreets. If it is winter, then I would recomend they hop on there ellipticals, treads for atleast 30-45 mins. IF they do not have access to machines or gym pass, i offer to take a class w/them to get them started in either spin, kickbox, or something so they have some confidence to do it on there own. Ya know?
