Question for the natural guys...

hello..
im 6'2 239lbs 11%bf
im 25 and have been lifting since i was 17
tho, ive only recently got serious (religously going to the gym as scheduled without fail/diet etc..) in the last 12 months.
i beleive ive hit my max - ive been the same size now for absolutly ages, and while im getting stronger the gains just aint changing.
ive read up a shit load on roids and breifly considered taking them, but after weighing up the pros and cons im not going to.
ive also been reading up on legal pro-hormones and pro-steroids
(especialy by ego pharm and vpx sports) and ive ordered tribex 500 which is just a simple test enhancer which most people here beleive is crap.
my question is this.... what was the first thing YOU used after you
felt you could do with a boost?.. and did it work?.. what would you recomend and what would you say to keep away from?..

(for the record - i take protein:rolleyes: , creatine, glutamine, zma, anabolic fuel, ripped fuel and a very good vegetarian:angel: diet)

cheers guys.... oh, and flame me for being a veggie or "being pussy" for not taking juice and i'll squeeze your head off. :FRlol:
 
WEll when ever i plateau i just take a week or two off, keep the diet the same as while training if you can, go back to the gym this useually gets me growing some more.
Change up your diet this may also help, more protein, maybe, it hard to tell with the info given, maybe try overloading your muscles with protein.
Dont do roids, the ends dont justify the means. i agree with you on that.

i consume anywhere between 250-350 gms a day of protein - mostly whey prot (concentrate).
yeah, ive done the overloading buisness to a tee!
have you tried any other supps?

If you truely have hit a plateu and you have used all the basics ( creatine, glutamine, ect.) and you have got you protein intake and diet on the right track, I would suggest you try a good Prohormone. You said you have looed into VPX, so right now I am going to start off by saying hey are a scam company that you should stay far away from, I touched on this in a previous post. Ergopharm is one of the best companies out there and their 1ad is one of if not the best legal hormonal supplement out there. You could try a 1ad and 4ad cycle, or you could do a 1-test ccle either alone or with 4ad. If you do go with the 1test I woul suggest you either do a transdermal or use the ethrgels.
Some thngs to stay far away from ae:
1) Overpriced compnies that promise a great "new" form of delivery ect.
2) the older PH's that just do not work such as Andro
3) Tribulus may be good to take post cycle but it just isnt a good overall test booster
4) stay away from all he other "steroid like results products" such as ecdyvone, methoxy, and other similar products.

This is just a short list, do some more reserach and thens tickwiht the proven supps.

a good friend and bb of mine (who is heavily into juicing) suggested hgh, but once again - im not into the whole needle aspect (not to mention the radical hormone changes)
ive read a lot about androdione and 1-ad, and i reckon i will probably get some 1-ad.
am i to beleive that ergopharm "invented" this product?
cos it seems quite a lot of companys out there are copying it..
once again, thanks a lot for your reply and to anyone else who would like to shed some light on to this subject.
 
Well yo could say that ergopharm invented 1AD but it's more like they discovered it, Patrick Arnold ( the head of ergopharm) discovered this and most all of the other Prohormones you see on the market today, if you do go with the 1AD make sure you do get the ergopharm brand because some ther brands that have put out 1ad products have been tested and hae not met label claims, i believe HDT's 1ad had only 35mg when it was supposed to have 100mg. You can always trust ergopharm to meet label claims and as it was shown in the test they exceeded their label claim by 5 mg.
 
sounds good - have you tried this product out yourself?...

on a totally unrelated subject - there are floods in england at the moment and my gym is out of action!!!! fucking frustrating! - i know im just being paranoid, but it feels like im wasting away!!

There is a ton of information on 1-AD on this forum and others. It does work from all my research but does come with some sides that may in fact be worse than the sides from the real thing. Having used gear many years ago I am aware of the sides even with a mild cylce and this is one reason I am staying away from 1-AD for as long as I can.

Heart rate was around 10-15 beats above normal all the time and I could always feel it beating.
Problems sleeping.
Waking up sweaty many times through the night.
Very short fuse.
Lower back pumps and one time shoulder pumps were down right scary.
(Note that I did go from 171 to 203 in around 8 weeks) and held onto to 190 for a long time while still lifting).

The post cycle crash was horrible and that will occur with 1-AD without some kind of post cycle therapy. And there isn't significant feedback yet from 6oxo and other over the counter estrogen blockers, test boosters, etc. as to their effectiveness although some say they are somewhat effective but not nearly as effective as HCG followed by Clomid, etc. (HCG will get your testes back to size within a week and the Clomid will get you Hyphothalamus working again to release LH to tell your testes to start releasing testosterone again).

One more very interesting thing I have been reading. It deals with the idea that a person has a maximum genetic lean body weight (assume 10-12% bodyfat) and once that limit is reached surpassing it naturally will be impossible. I'm 5'-7" and weigh 185 lbs. Let's say that my body can naturally get up to a max. genetic lean weight of 200 lbs. Then the theory is that I can't go above that and maintain my levels of bodyfat naturally. It's also thought that if I surpass my max genetic body weight with gear that ultimately my weight will normalize in time to my max genetic body weight. You are a pretty big and lean dude and you may be approaching this maximum genetic lean body weight. One thing is for sure...gains at this stage of your training may be so hard that the trade offs may not be worth it. For instance lets say you can gain an additional 10 lbs. but you have to work out twice as hard, risking injury all the time, eating all the time, pounding the protein drinks, etc. etc. etc. Would it be worth it for that extra 10 lbs. And if you have gotten close to your max size limit there it nothing stopping you from continually gaining strength.
 
I'm not going to bag on you for being a veggie man but the lack of protein from meat (vs. supplements) will slow down your gains.

I have been pretty stedy for a couple or years now and just started to to try topical gels (4ad w/test) but don't plan to do any hardcore juice. Training and Diet, mix them both up as much as you can and keep the faith bro. All of a sudden your weight bumps up a few more pounds.
 
I have tried the vpx products, I did a cycle of their decavar, and I gaid good lean muscle and good strength on it....I also use 1ad almost constantly now with no time off and i am on a 90 day cycle we shall call it...i love that over all others.....ergo is the way to go...my strength is way up and i am not puny, but not huge....i weigh in at 210, about 8% bf and i max at 450 on bench, 415 on squat and 585 on deads and i am still growing....so, that aint to shabby and i have tight 19 inch arms now also...
