Given a choice, I prefer smooth... I like the look and feel. Plus the chest hair tickles my nose when I'm cuddling up.

And yup, waxing is better than shaving, no stubble. That stubble can chafe.

If the hair grows in an attractive pattern I like it but not a huge amount. Of course a guy has no control other this. If its not esthetically pleasing looking hair, a smooth look is beter.
