Correct, I did this to myself as well a few years back. Deca can mess with you cause it can mask this by lubricating the joints, as well as extra water retention in them making them stronger. Just dont add 100lbs to your bench in 10 days, keep a strait head, dont move too fast and remember to protect yourself in the long run. Your muscles will grow stronger MUCH faster than tendons and ligaments, remember this, allow them time to catch up, you'll be fine.
