Question for Spatts

Hi Spatts,

I tried to search this but couldn't seem to find it under "Spats cutting diet" maybe thats not even where I saw it. Any way I remimber a recent post where you said that you were able to maintain an on-going wt. loss of 2.5/3 lbs/wk. on your cutting diet is that right? Do you feel like it was mostly fat? I'm trying to get a work out buddy to try it , and I didn't want to give her incorrect info.

Fat and water, yes. I hold a LOT of water, so it doesn't surprise me that a good chunk of it came from that. My lbm in pounds stayed the same, and strength stayed the same as well.
