What is your measurments at the belly button when you're not sucking in your gut?
 
I was going to respond 41", but then I put on my glasses and saw that you wrote "Ripped," not "Repulsive."
 
normally 33 1/2"......but I'm thickwaisted.......after a solid week of beer and Jack Daniels......not to mention 2-3 chicken sandwiches at 3 a.m. (bike week)

I'd say more like 44"............... :chomp: :)
 
I had 10 years of competitive swimming, extreme ab workouts, ab drills, to grind it this small.
 
hey guys, while we are on this subject.. i heard that dead lifts and squats make your waist bigger.. any truth to this? i will measure my waist tonight i think it 32-33 but i dead lift heavy and suat heavy .. any comments???????????
 
i just want everyone to be honest. I don't care what the size is when you suck in, I'm talking about having your belly relaxed.

I'm not ripped, but I have a 33" waist relaxed, If I were to suck it in, it would be more like 29 or so. I'll let you know after I finish dieting.
 
If I suck in I'd have a negative number :o

29" LOL... but I am not 'Really' ripped right now...

It gets to be 27-28". My waist is rediculously small when I am ripped.
 
Don't believe anything these guys say. None of them are ripped - see if they have any pictures posted here.
 
It depends...for relaxed, you would have to take the measurement in the morning.....12-16 hours after ingesting any food. Remember that food makes your intestines expand, as well as your measurements. I'm about a 30"-31" morning and 32"-33" after eating a mid-size meal.
 
i just got off 1 week of shit diet and no working out, to 1 week of strep throat... so at 6'1 my waist is a 28-29 right now... only at 175lbs tho
 
been posted many times here. my pics are in the gallery as well. i am a low carb guy and low fat as well. ratio would be 70/25/5. all carbs in the am until no,later than 6 pm. my contest bodyfat is crazy low though no show sine 2000 where i placed 2nd and i got sick before my 2002 2 weeks out.
