What is the legal position on anabolic steroids in GERMANY.Is it legal to posses without a prescription or not?

I'm not sure about the legality of the situation but there are roid users in every gym I have used in Germany. It probably has something to do with the proximity of Poland and Romania but I think they're basically tolerated.

I was in Germany for a few months and saw plenty of juicers there, although I doubt the laws are as liberal as the Netherlands. (Lived there also too btw)

The law in Germany is theoretically the same as in the
nederlands, but steroids are more tolerated.

Even the police uses them.

And it is indeed very easy to get. Easier than in the Netherlands.
And if you are caught with them you get a fee and thats it.
