question for noob routine

well im still in the beginner stages of pumping iron where it's probably best to do 1 exercise per muscle 3x a week instead 3 per muscle 1-2x a week.

with all the possible exercises, i was wondering if its best to have a routine and do it for a month and then switch to new exercises or is it better to say cycle between 3 excercises each day to constantly do something different to your body?

stick with an exercise and try and get stronger on it first. Switching all the time will get you no where.
 
Yea, just remember to be constant at adding weight, you alwase want to be adding weight to an exersize, even if its only 2 1/2 pound plates, they soon add up.
