PB sounds like a good idea, specially since I am dieting and am avoiding sugars/ sugary fruits like bananas. The only problem with PB is that it is has a high fat content, something you dont want to add to your post workout shake since it will slow the absorption of the protein. I usually include strawberries, water, and three scoops of whey post workout. I have been adding two tbsp's of Gplenish but the taste is rough....
Been thinking of just putting it in my mouth and downing it with water. Anyone else done this?
