I'm just about to start the third week of the 5x5 and everythings going pretty good, already noticed improvements in strength, but i just booked a trip to the Dominican for next sunday. They have a gym there so i'll be able to still work out but im pretty sure my diet will turn to shit and i'll be drinking a fair bit. Should i just push through and finish the 4th week while im there, or deload that weekend and then do the 4th when i get back?
