Hey gals-
Ok I finally found someone to help with my diet and you know when you get in the zone and you can just feel your body working and kicking into fat burning gear, well thank goodness it is getting there. Woke up sweating last night!! OK enough ramble but just an update after my almost brek down crisis LOL
I do have a question, well more like a request for tips. I am doing my first figure comp and was hoping for some tips and bits of info to help do my utmost best. Both shows I am doing arr NPC because there are major and minor differences in the different governing bodies. Thank you so much gals for all the insight and motivation and knowledge........I want to kick some major butt and give myself to work for for the next ones I do....
