Question for g-dogg and his roomate

I was just reading in MuscleMag International's Anabolic Primer that Paul has promoted the use of EMS devices. I was just wondering if he was doing so because he had a contract with a certain EMS device company ? Or if he really believes they can be somewhat usefull? Im asking because Im interested in trying one. I dont believe they would beable to pack on any mass. And even if they could I wouldnt trade off wieghtlifting for EMS. But Ive heard they can be usefull for the abs. And again I wouldnt quit doing abs exercises. Rather, I would do my normal ab routine finishing the last set to failure then maybe strap on the EMS pads to my abs for a certain amount of time, pushing my abs into even better defenition. What do ya think Paul? Abs would be the only muscle group I would do this to, since they are probably the only muscle group that might respond well to this kind of training. Anyways, thanks for any help or ideas you might have on this. Paul, g-dogg or anyone else for that matter.

I hate to say it but he did those ads just for the money, they are a COMPLETE waste of time and money, that's coming directly from Paul and me, I can't wait to hear all the people that ask why he would do such a dishonest thing-wouldn't you for the $$?

Yeah I would do that. I think lots of people would. Especially in an expenisve sport like bodybuilding. Every $ counts. Thanks for the reply. Kinda sucks, I thought it would have been nice to see what kind of results I got if it were able to work. Tell Paul thanks also.

No problem bro, sorry to break the news to ya but it's better that you didn't hear it after you spent your money, you're better off with good ole fashioned diet and cardio to get abs(maybe some clen too-hehehe)

Yeah, no shit. I was actually thinking of getting one of the 20 pad deluxe models from the ads in Musclemag that sell for around $500. Oh, well I guess I'll just have to spend the money on diet, clen, DNP, bromo, and liquidex. Thanks to you and Paul again for stopping me from paying $500 for something that would give me the same affect as putting my finger in a light socket.

well.. i gotta chime in on this one lol

as far as muscle toning and building EMS are shit!!

NOW... as far as healing.. they work wonders!!!! i bought a TENS unit when i injured my knee.. i used it for like 15mins almost everyday and i gotta tell ya it totally sped up my recovery..

also now everytime i do hurt something, i use the ems kit and it helps heal the area that is injured...

i remember back when HHH ripped his quad muscle.. he used a TENS unit as well everyday to sped up the healing process...

just my 2 cents :D

I feel like a pervert but I'm turned on to the cartoon in your avatar supergirl, is that a bad thing?lol
