Question for fonz.

Hey fonz, I know you've experience with injectable acetyl-l-carnitine. I have exams coming up in a few weeks, from your personal experience what have you found to be an efficient dose (with injectables) and how long does it take you notice neurological benefits?

Is there a great advantage in frontloading?

Also, out of curiousity, what do you feel about the whole localized fat loss deal, is it effective for this purpose?

any other recommendations/ideas you have would also be appreciated, thanks.
 
subcutaneously, perhaps it could also be done intramuscularily, but if there is any truth to the localized fat loss, I'd def do it sub.
 
Didn't notice that much of a difference. on love handles.

Noticed some fat loss on my chest around my nips, though.

Very painful stuff.



After ordering from Animal, I had to follow up several times. Took about 6 weeks to receive. I finally got a box with an unlabeled vial of clear but turbid liquid that I assumed to be alcar.

Great, I wonder why he concluded that, maybe injections were too much of a hassel or (sting is too irritating?), but I believe I remember him mentioning 1g injection = about 4g oral.

if it's just that way, then it shall be the way I will use for now, I'm quite poor :p and also I'd like to see how much of an effect is really noted with the site specific injections.
 
Yea, it took 6 weeks to get something that is always in stock.

Ok.

Anyhow, 1ml is used for other benefits right before workouts other than fat burning and same with magnesium for endurance work.
 
both are very important to me, but what type of benefits are we talking about with regards to taking pre workout, Animal?
 
And how would I quantify it?

It's much too radical for most and I'm not all that into making my competitors better, so I'm leaving the discussion where it's out.
 
There has been a great deal of research on acetyl-l-carnitine preventing oxidative damage in the brain caused by amphetamine(s) and cocaine..

So, could probably help a lot of the members here.

I don't know, I didn't expect and answer that deals so much with quantities, was hoping more for a couple brief thoughts/ideas on what type of benefits are possible. But it's alright, forget about it.
