Question for DC trainers

I was thinking about doing a show sometime in the near future and was wondering how well u think DC would work as a precontest workout. I could see the intensity being a problem but other than that I dont see much of a problem? I can always add in shaping movements and do them in DC fashion to raise weakpoints.
 
"shaping" movements and DC dont go together. prioritize your weak points and put them FIRST in your DC routine.

you cant shape a muscle, only grow it and cut fat off it.
