But uh, during your "Determining RMs" phase, eat to bulk to give you enough energy to lift fullbody at max reps and allow you optimal strength.
Deconditioning, eat maintenance, not to bulk...why would you? Common sense. Not training, no reason to do anything but maintain.
And of course, bulk once you begin on your first day of 15's.
