Have the grump make you some. It is EASY to make. Puree up some roasted red peppers, a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and whatever fresh herbs float your boat and heat it up. It looks and tastes very gourmet but is so simple.

btw I can lick a kitty... hell I licked my neighbors cat once... an we're talkin down right alleycat fiesty cruel... if I can do that I can lick a kitty!! I'm sure of it!!

He brought home some ribeyes the other day. I haven't had much of an appetite lately but the whole roasted red pepper/gorgonzola cheese thing has got me hungry.

He made sauteed shrimp and scallops and put them on a nice bed of spring mix with just a small handfull of some long-grained rice du jour for me last night.

The steak sounds good... I'll ask him to make me some.
