I'm currently taking Pure CEE and absolutely love it. I take 3 caps pre-workout and 3 caps post-workout (don't take it on off-days). I'm 6'1, 215 lbs....I'm usually not a big creatine fan, but with all the testimonies on the boards I decided to give it a shot (and I have also decided to lay off AAS for a while).
What I felt in the weight room wasn't really a pump, but more like everything felt light. That and I'm not bloating like I have in the past with regular creatine mono. At first I thought it might have been a placebo affect because of all the talk & hype, but then it was the same for the next day Made a believer out of me!
