Winny will put on weight if anything, it is an AS....dropping 40 pounds if you are 185 would be pretty difficult, unless you are really over weight. If anything you are going to have to starve the living hell out of yourself and lose a ton of muscle mass as well. Even if you are 25% bodyfat losing 40 pounds of fat would be drop you to 4% bodyfat at 145. That would be super difficult in my opinion withough losing some major muscle mass in the process.[/QU
CUBUFF27 is absolutely right! I think that your goal and your recipe don't really match. You need to go back to the drawing board. You may or may not know this but if your goal is to drop that much weight when you are 5' 7" is alot of weight and sounds unhealthy.
Having been an ex Judo-athlete I'm sure you're well aware that you need to have some muscle mass to stay strong and agile. Now please excuse me for not reading through all your posts but maybe you can tell us why and what your expected end result is, maybe we can modify things a little for ya and get you the best possible results with what you have at your disposal.
