Question About Winny

Hi, I'm From Puerto Rico, A 185 Lb And 5'-7" Ex Judo Athlete. The Thing Is That I'm Going To Start Training And Competing Again And Need To Drop To 145 Lb. I Heard That Winstrol Will Help Me Cut Without Lossing The Muscle Mass. I Just Need Your Advise In How Much Of It I Need To Use In A 6 Week Cycle( My First Cycle Ever). I'm Concerned That The Key To Fat Loss Is The Excersise And Diet But I Will Apreciate Your Help...

Try a clen/winny cycle - six weeks of winny at 50mg per day and the clen should be taken weeks 1,2 and 5,6. With diet and cardio that should take off an extra 15-20 lbs. over whatever you'd lose without the stack.
 
have you considered using var instead? its kinda pricy but you could probable add some strength while cutting. some say that it helps curb your appetite so that would help too. and you wouldn't have to worry about joint pain and other sides of winny.
 
I was under the impression that Winstrol only shows good results when bodyfat is low. I am not too sure what type of results you would get if you take this alone.
 
I Heard About Var, But I Concentrated My Research On Winstrol. Maybe You Guys Can Give Me Good Advice In Both Of Them. So Please, Tell Me The Best Cycle I Can Do Of One And The Other, So I Decide Which One To Use....
 
Winny will put on weight if anything, it is an AS....dropping 40 pounds if you are 185 would be pretty difficult, unless you are really over weight. If anything you are going to have to starve the living hell out of yourself and lose a ton of muscle mass as well. Even if you are 25% bodyfat losing 40 pounds of fat would be drop you to 4% bodyfat at 145. That would be super difficult in my opinion withough losing some major muscle mass in the process.
 
you're wanting to stay lean and shed fat. what i'd do is run a cycle with test.prop. and tren.acetate. run 12 weeks like this along with clen.

wk1-12 test. prop. eod
wk1-12 tren.ace. eod (mild dose) maybe 75mg.
(clenbuterol) taper up to 80-120mcg./day, run 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. till the end of the cycle.
 
you can easily drop 20 pounds of water safely with the sauna + cardio you just have to remember to replenish your electrolytes to keep you in good fighting condition as far as the juice goes tren ace is the shit when it comes to increasing lbm and decreasing bf tren+winny = crazy results but since its your first cycle most would NOT recomend tren ace as a first cycle

in my opinion you should realy do a lot of research before even thinking about getting any gear then get your diet right and workout schedule set then cut as much weight as you can with cardio and the sauna before starting your cycle
 
40 lbs. of fat in 6 weeks? Not gonna happen. I would go with what Big T said. Give yourself 12 weeks and do the cycle right.
 
anavar 40-60mg ed for 6 weeks, curbs the appetite, allows muscle growth with restricted calories hence pro boxers using it. lastly you will get no joint pain that winny will give you. i wouldn't want to grapple with my elbows hurting like that.

CUBUFF27 is absolutely right! I think that your goal and your recipe don't really match. You need to go back to the drawing board. You may or may not know this but if your goal is to drop that much weight when you are 5' 7" is alot of weight and sounds unhealthy.

Having been an ex Judo-athlete I'm sure you're well aware that you need to have some muscle mass to stay strong and agile. Now please excuse me for not reading through all your posts but maybe you can tell us why and what your expected end result is, maybe we can modify things a little for ya and get you the best possible results with what you have at your disposal. :)
 
Maybe you guys need to know that i start fighting at 145lbs (66 kgs) seven years ago, i was 17 years old. Then I move to the next category, which is 160.9 lbs (73 kgs). At this level I felt good but I always knew that I was to short, and if I wanted to be an Olympic or World contender I need to drop to 145lbs again. The problem is that I quit training and gained pounds. I'm really sure that I can drop to 145lbs. again and I know also that the way of doing it is to train hard and most important eat right. I'm also aware that this sacrifice will take away some muscle mass = - strenght, but that is the price i need to pay if i want to be representing my country in an International Competition. I really thank you guys to all your advises. I really need it on this. So please continue posting what cycle is the best, knowing that it can't be a 6 week cycle....
 
just remember roy jones jr was the most dominant fighter in the world, he dropped 30 lbs in 4 months, longer than you have, he never dominated again. be careful you will lose muscle and be weak
 
well i know that this will cost me some strenght but my goal is to be at 145 some time the next year and then train for 6 or 7 years to clasify for the 2011 Judo World Championships or the 2012 Olympic Games. so i will have plenty of time to regain my strenght at 145. but definitly i need to achieve 145 the next year so my body can adapt to its new weight...i can use the cycle to achieve my goal just after loose all the weight that i can with hard training and then the final 8 to 10 lbs i can loose it with the cycle...
