Question about Test 400

I'm just starting a cycle of the Test 400 and I was wondering if it would be better to take 1 shot of 400 a week or a shot of 200 twice a week? I also wondered if I should take it at the same time of the day each week?

twice a week, it has prop in it, and time of day doesnt really matter, though i like to shoot prop at night, gives me an awesome workout the next day.

if it were me i would do 1cc on monday and 1cc on thursday. and it does not matter when you take your injections.
