question about stopping ECA

SoreArms

New member
I'm about to finish a 5 week ECA cycle this week and will stop taking ECA for 1-2 weeks. Is it still OK to take caffeine during this 1-2 week brake? I don't know how I'll cope if I cant. Also, what are good things to take to help with the withdrawals that I'm sure I'll get?

Thanks in advance buds

That is fine to take caffeine...lower the dose and take 2g l-tyrosine and some GTE and ALCAR thereafter :D

Maybe shoot for 270mg EGCG as well ;)

I don't know what all that shit is so I'm gonna look it up. Is this stuff that I can find at a nutrition store or is this stuff I'll have to find an alternate "source" for?

thanks buds

take caffeine and l-tyrosine and dl-phenylanine when you drop the ephedrine

L-phenylalanine is an essential amino acid which can be converted to L-Tyrosine by a complex biochemical process which takes place in the liver. L-Tyrosine can be converted by neurons in the brain to dopamine and norepinephrine (noradrenaline), hormones which are depleted by stress, overwork and certain drugs. By replenishing norepinephrine in the brain, mental energy levels are enhanced, some forms of depression are alleviated, and a feeling of contentment often occurs. Because of the liver conversion necessary for L-phenylalanine to have these effects, L-Tyrosine is often faster acting. In addition, the conversion step from L-Tyrosine to norepinephrine may be enhanced if the cofactors (vitamins B6 and C) are included.
according to this, taking both L-tyrosine and dl-phenylalanine would be redundant

any reason to take both?

Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG) is an anti-oxidant polyphenol flavonoid isolated from green tea. Its possible benefit as a nutritional chemopreventive agent for cancer, atherosclerosis, and neurodegenerative diseases is generating increased scientific interest. EGCG has demonstrated chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic actions in cellular and animal models of cancer

EGCG selectively induces apoptosis in human carcinoma cell lines.
It inhibits MAP kinase mediated signaling pathways.

EGCG blocks the activation of EGF receptors and HER-2 receptors which are over-expressed or constitutively active in many human malignancies.

It interferes with angiogenesis by suppressing VEGF activity, VE-cadherin phosphorylation and matrix metalloproteinase activity.

EGCG inhibits telomerase and DNA methyltransferase, two enzymes involved in cancer gene expression and cellular immortality.

EGCG's anti-oxidant action protects cells from lipid peroxidation and DNA damage induced by reactive free radicals

Sawas, I've been meaning to pick some ALCAR for a while so this is the perfect excuse to justify its cost

EGCG sounds like a good supp, but how is it helpfull post Ephedrine?

Oh and whats GTE?

Is that Ephedrine HCL you are taking???? 5 weeks on with no break? If so, be prepared for a pretty horrid rebound effect............it ain't fun!
