Question about spot injections . . . .

What is the real benefit of rotating sites (ie quads, glutes, delts, etc) aside from the obvious fact that the area needs healing time and you don't want scar tissue to build up etc . . . I was always under the impression that an injection site wasn't necessarily affected more growth wise due to the fact that the injection has a systemic effect . Is this correct? Will injecting delts cause them to grow more so than just injecting glutes?

scar tissue and other associated tissue damage is the reason for rotating sites. most of what people believe is localized growth is encapsulation and scar tissue, niether of which is desirable.

I think Fukkenshredded made a post once about winstrol being the best for site injections. I think he stated that the area's injected into often become more hard and vascular. I don't remember much as it was a long time ago.

I just move mine around because doing EOD injections might still have me sore in a spot. Not only that If I get a abcess im fucked cause I dont have insurance right now.

Rotating sites is essential to keep scar tissue etc to a minimum and allow time to heal.

That being said i have used site injections for localised growth when using winny depot. Now it seems to have effects but in all honesty i really think this was due to swelling etc and not actual benefits.

I am yet to read or discover a scientific reason for a benefit and so stopped the practice some years ago and now only rotate so as to reduce scar tissue and swelling.

growth factors are hydrophillic, steroid hormones are hydrophobic. That is the primary reason, without going into specifics that are in point of fact not all that well understood.

as a note- studies all find that repeated use of the same injection site with growth hormone causes lipo-atrophy.

Thanks and can see the reasoning behind it and as you say not well understood and hence why the ''myth'' maybe exists.

Good research topic though i agree
