On Civic/ricers it's usually small tires. That's what most wannabe rappers have since they can't afford any better.

As for rich rappers, you Dr. Dre, Sean "Diddy" Combs, the guy owning Deathrow, LL Cool J, Jay-Z and that's it. Snoop is broke (cause of his trial mostly) and Notorious/Tupac are both dead, otherwise they would be on that list easily.

And what musicians do you know that actually get an education. I would say about none of them. Would you get an education if you got paid millions to do what you love, party all the time, and have a fantasy life. I seriously fucking doubt it.
