Question about PCT length and bloodwork

Hey guys, was wondering if someone could help me out with a question I had since I think theres a couple different answers. So i finished up my cycle a little while ago which was my first and it consisted of test e at 500mg for 10 weeks. I just finished up my pct which lasted 6 weeks. I thought overall it was time on = time off(including pct) but someone just told me it was time on = time off but time off only counts after pct. Also I recently got my blood work done and was wondering if the dr. says all my levels are normal, does that mean I can go back on a cycle or should I wait? I read somewhere that bloodwork was truley the only way you'll now for sure if your ready to go back on. Thanks in advance guys

Well the rule of thumb is time on time off+pct. I think a lot of things can make this vary. In your case a 4 week pct and then another 6 weeks off after that would be fine. Still you can do a cycle like the one you did, then do pct, then do 4 weeks bridge, then do 4 weeks of sarms, wait 2 weeks and then go back on cycle again.

Keep this in mind. Blood test trumps everything. So if you get the test and all levels are normal. Then wait to weeks after that to insure no rebound and then go back on.

Awesome man, thanks for quick answer. I test comes in, in about 2 weeks so I guess Ill take from there.

It would be best to see the results of your bloodwork when you get them. Then we can offer up advice that specifically pertains to you and your situation. Do a follow up post when you have the results.
