Question about PCT / Bridging

I just finished up a deca 400mg / test e 500mg ew cycle of 10 weeks, doing pct of HCG and clomid , but once I am done with the pct Id like to just do HRT like a shot of test a week, any suggestions? is there any ammount of time i should be waiting ? since i wont be getting back on as intense of a cycle? thanks guy I hope this makes sense?

you need to research more. bridging isnt something to mess around with. permanent suppression is a definite possibility.
