Question about omega-3's

I am starting to suplement with omega-3's. My question is how much should I take? I know that the bottle says take 3 pills a day with meals. But is that enough for a bodybuilder? I am 212 lbs. I train hard 4 days a week and I am on a bulking diet at about 3700 cals a day. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The following is a link to (as far as I've found) the world's stronges Omega 3 for EPA and DHA (the most important parts). Compare it to the EPA and DHA in your current supplement and Im confident this *will* blow it away. Check out the third one down:

Chronic (lomg term) use sees best results, and it will notabily reduce any inflamation, whatever it's cause.
