Yes he has one but I want everything on my card. He is also in the middle of switching credit card companies and I get miles anyway for the more I charge on my credit card.

And I figure that if they don't care who is paying as long as someone pays, that I could just put it on my card.

Oh we are going together. What I meant was this was the first time I am going where it's just him and I. We have not vacationed together yet.

I rented a car for my little sis on my credit card. She was under 25 and I was in my thirties. I know that is just the opposite of what your situation is, but I don't think that they care.

Also, I used to rent cars before I was 25. I was never even told that it was an issue.

Yeah - I guess as long as someone pays and they have a credit card number, it may be fine. All they care about is money, anyhow. lol.

In Ontario Canada, who ever is going to drive the car must show up at the rental place and show their DL. Or at the very least the renter has to give them a photo copy of any other drivers DL.

I use to do some work for a big rental place in Toronto and every night the tow truck driver would bring in these totalled rentals...that would suck if you total a rental and forgot to buy the correct insurance!
