Question about my cycle.

I'm taking a cycle of Winstrol and Test Propionate. Sometimes when I receive a shot of this combo a knot forms on the site of injection. Does anyone know why? Also does anyone know if it would be okay to stop taking the Winstrol and just take the Test Propionate?

And yes its fine to stop the winny. Most people just say fuck it and drink it if its to painful. I know i did.
