question about m-sten

I originally had a cycle lined up to run test e for 15 weeks at 500mg/week and stack it at the beginning with Msten in the beginning at 30 or 40mg a day and run it for 6 weeks. But upon some research I think I've decided to put off the test cycle until I can drop some bf. I'm at maybe 22 or 23% but its been a year since I last had it checked and I've put on a lot of lbm since. Regardless my question how realistic is it for me to go ahead and run the Msten cycle by itself without test to help put on some mass and either cut during or after the cycle, basically to help put more pounds of muscle on essentially raising the amount of calories my body burns. I'm not sure I'm wording this correctly. Anyway Msten is known to produce dry gains. And I'm not really that concerned with the visible results just yet, more or less using it to help prep me for my test cycle. Thanks for any feedback.
 
Drop bf before the cycle. Even if you're bulking you should have low bf to cycle. Your organs are slightly straining as it is at such a high bf. Adding steroids will really complicate things
 
Ok thanks. I thought maybe because Msten is a prohormone it would be different but now that I actually think about it, its slightly toxic and probably harder on the body than test. Is 15% truely a strict rule for running a cycle or is it just ideal? I struggled to get to that % when I cut weight for boxing.
 
Honestly, I'd get as low as possible. If you have trouble getting under 15%, Take a good look at your diet bc this is always the culprit
 
My appetite is my biggest enemy. I struggle with small portion sizes and if I eat too little I end up binging. I tried intermittent fasting and it helped but I end up puffing out when its time to eat. I eat enough protein when I'm trying the traditional calorie cutting method, like 250g at least. It seems like I have to go drastically low to drop weight like 1400 a day but then I'm miserable and end up binging. I'm stuck in a cycle.
