question about low carb diet?

After a couple of years of being non active I went from 200 lbs. to 248 lbs. In Jan I started watching what I was eating low cals and started running at least a mile a day and doing circuit training three times a week. I hit a dead spot on my weight loss at 220 a few weeks ago, so I started a low carb diet. Now that I don't feel like crap on it, I was wondering if I should cycle this diet or does your body just adapt to it.

My bf is from 24% to 19% real problem with abd and love handles. Arms and legs fairly lean.

Daily supplements are

Xenadrine X 2
CLA x 3
Salmon Oil x 4
Whey Protein 2 scoops post workout
Multi Vits
Carb Blockers (for those oops)

Is there any suggestions to my diet or exercise? Also does Yohimburn work as well as it is advertised?
 
Congrats on lowering your BF%! I'm not an expert on low carb diets cuz i had a few questions myself. But this is what worked for me when i hit a plateau. I increased my cardio from 3x to 4x a week. Instead of doing cardion in the evening, i switched to 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This also helped eat less for breakfast. I also increased the reps for my lifting program. I noticed results doing this for 2 weeks straight. I only have 1 CHEAT MEAL a WEEK. Not a whole CHEAT DAY. Hope this helps any. Laterz!
