Question about HGH and IGF

when HGH is released into your bloodstream, it is then converted to IGF by the liver. So why should a person use HGH? Wouldn.t seem like there would be more benifit to using IGF?
There is no possible way that the liver would convert 100 % of the HGH to IGF so your body could use it...but if you inject IGF, it is already converted and does not seem like there would be any waste.

a lot more studies on GH, and people have had more gains with gh slin and test than with with igf.

I am more looking into the over all transformation that the both are touted to give versus the actual size gains. They both are said to actually generate more muscle cells, but just looking for the anti aging effects, fat loss, thinner looking skin, ect.
