question about gyno?

I was just wondering if someone where to get gyno or gyno symptoms...but not treat it right away...would you still be able to treat it afterwards at all? with like liquidex, nolvadex, stuff like that? And is there even a way of telling if one were to be pron to gyno at all...or is it much like a hit and miss thing? Also i heard that gyno can only be takin care of with surgery? is that true? thanks!

so was surgery your only option? and if it was do you mind me asking why? was it b/c you waited too long?
