Question about guilt

They let you ride the elevator?

I thought there was a weight limit on those things

Holy fucking over training...

You'll have better results if you slow down a bit... eh.. what the fuck do I know.

wtf are you doing two 45min cardo sessions a day for?

getting ready for a photo shoot. :worried:

still too much IMO, other ways to go about losing fat tuts... I would suspect you are over training right now and losing some damn good quality muscle... but thats just my opinion and how my body reacts to such trainging.

if i do two 45min cardio sessions and lift for an hour a day 5-6 days a week...should i feel guilty about taking the elevator one floor up instead of walking the flight of stairs?

i mean, i'm not sore...so that's not really an excuse i can use.

just wondering.

yes you should feel guilty. cuz you could have given the man behind you the pleasure of stairing at your ass while you were going up their stairs.

I use stairs since they're faster. That and the fact that we don't have elevators for use like that at work. But when I have a choice between elevator, escalator, and that asinine giant conveyor belt at the airport... I'll take walking. :)

Ultra clean diet FIRST, then cycle your cardio... slowly increasing till the day of comp or photoshoot... otherwise you end up giving up too much precious lean body mass. You are doing WAAAAAAAAAY too much cardio. IMHO

With that schedule how do you have time to even think about using the elevator??

id also feel guilty about the wear and tear you put on the elevator. those things are expensive. and expensive to fix too!
