Question about getting shredded..

I am about 8% fat, but still for some reason not really cut. I was thinking about taking a suppliment to get the last bit of fat off me. I was thinking about Ripped Fuel. Are there any others that are better? I know a lot will get me where i wanna be, but after i come off them will i go back to where i was? Please give me some info in this area please.
 
You might want to drop your carbs and up your protein... and keep the cardio at 20 -30 mins at high intensity..... stay away from excess sodium which makes you bloat.... and eat clean.. an ECA will help you get 1 or 2% lower...... In the summe rI keep my carbs below 40 grams..... 25 from a whole wheat wrap at lunch and the rest from shakes ( ie 3 grams each one..)

THe ECA will help you have energy to fight off the low carb crash..
 
how's your diet ? if your diet is suffering,then you will not get the results you're looking for,even w/ the aid of stimulants...---fyi
 
ive had nothing but good results with xenadrine, as for taraxtone, im not sure but i think that just dehydrates you for a couple days, and then you look the same as you did before. id look into xenadrine or any other E/C/A. and as others mentioned, definitely check your diet. if your not getting enough protien, you wont have enough muscle to be "shredded."

DIET

Diet is very important, even though you body fat is only 8% you may still be eating incorrectly
 
how long have you been training, if you are 8% that seems good bf to be pretty cut, maybe u just still need to build up some muscle. if not definitely diet is the most important.
 
I think a good combo of 20-30 min. of cardio, a very strict diet, and an e/c/a stack like xenadrine would help. make sure you do the cardio in the morning on an empty stomache. I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now,a nd I've dropped a lot of fat.
