Question about expiration date?

My brother has a bottle of liquid creatine with an expiration date of late 2005. This means he should toss the creatine away? or will it still be any good?

Not sure what brand liquid creatine he's using. Some can be rather unstable. Monohydrate when mixed with water can turn to creatinine after a while and thus lose it's effectiveness. I doubt anything negative will happen if he takes it though.

Pro Performance isn't really a brand that I'd recommend. I'd get a CEE type product like, PureCEE instead.
