My first cycle was 400mgs of eq a week for 12 weeks and the last 6 were 50mgs of winny a day. I gained about 12-15 pounds on it and I kept overall about 10 pounds of it until my next cycle. I had minimal sides, except massive acne. Now, when I take eq, I take accutane along with it around week 6 to prevent bacne/acne.
I know there's always that debate on whether to take Test for your first cycle or whether or not to add test to the cycle, but here's my logic:
Eq takes about 6 weeks for the strength gains to appear. But it does start working after the first week, it's just to minimal for you to know it. You really start exploding after week 8 and after 8 weeks of busting your f'n ass day in and day out, you learn just how important it is to WORK for your gains instead of half-assing it at the gym when you're on a lot of test/dbol/deca. It's easy to gain on those steroids, but to see awesome benefits, you gotta bust your ass, cardio and eat right and when you see your gains come in slow but steady and strong, you tend not to take advantage of the goodness that comes from gear.
