Question about eq brand and cycle

Hello,first post in the anabolic forum.I am preparing for my third cycle.It will be the first cutting one ,so i want to do it right.I am 210lbs at 12%bf. I would like to get to 8-9%. I am thinking of eq/winny .The equipose will be at 400mg/week for 10weeks and winny 50mg/eod for weeks 5-10.As far as winny concerns i want to play it safe so i will inject eod and i want to stay at these dossages and maybe in a subsequent cycle i will up it.For those who will suggest that i should add test i would really want it but my last cycle had 500mg of sus and after the cycle had bad acne on my face.The most annoying thing is that i broke out only in my forehead.Not a single zit in back/shoulders/chest.Isn't that odd?I would prefer i had on my body and not on my face.So i was thinking of adding some prop but i am really afraid of the acne that will come afterwards.It wouldn't be a nice spectacle if i had full-zit face especially during the summer.Note that i had acne in my teens.I am now 22 and still have some .

My source here in Greece says he has two types of equipose.The one is the good old ganabol and the other one is androbolic (argentina) which is 100mg/ml in 5 ml bottles.The androbolic is lot cheaper but i am not familiar with its quality.Should i go for it or should i stick to ganabol ? (too many inj too)

I did some blood tests recently because i was worrying about the winny(a friend of mine did 50mg/d for 6 weeks and his cholesterol is 375). Fortunately everything is fine except for elevated urea ,but i think this is due to my large intake of protein.My bad cholesterol is 65 and my good is 35.I am taking 3-4 tbs flax or npb and my nutrition is as clean as possible.I also do 45-50minutes cardio 5-6 times a weeks first thing in the morning.Maybe while "on" i will up the morning cardio to 1 hour and add 2-3 extra sessions after evening work-outs.My diet is 50-60% protein 20-30% carbs and 10-20% fat.1 or 2 days a week i do a refeed and do something like 60%carbs 30%pr 10%fat.

I also have a lot of salbutamol and ephedrine tablets which i will be taking alternatively throught the cycle.I am thinking of adding T-3 for weeks 7-10 for an even better result.I have used T-3 before so i know what it can do. I have also 90 tablets glucophage which i was thinking of adding in weeks 5-10 along with winny as glucophage is known for helping to keep the cholesterol ratios good.The glucophage will be 2x850mg /day,but i don't know when to take.Would it be wise to take it on an empty stomach before morning cardio so it can lower my blood sugar even more or it would be dangerous. Is proviron at 25mg/day throught the cycle a nice addition or unnecessary?

As far as supplements,plenty of glutamine-milk thistle-ALA and all the extra vitamins.

Sorry for the multiple questions but i am trying to learn as much as i can before i do anything.Just want to be sure.Any suggestions are welcomed

Not to sound like an ass but I have a headache and my eyes hurt, could you shortly summarize your questions to like 5 lines?

lol.. Welcome to the board bro... I Was kidding about the summary thing.....

The ganabol is good stuff, although I would go for ttokkyo EQ if you can get that, from a diff source... I would run the winny from weeks 8-13 so there wouldn't be any time off of gear between when you take your last shot of EQ and when you start clomid... You would be start clomid in the 14th week, and take winny up till the end of week 13... As for diet and such I would go for 1.5-2g of protein per/lb of bodyweight a day... Carbs I would try to keep low, maybe around 200 or less, daily... Getting the majority of your carbs immediately post workout... Other carbs before that during the day from things like oatmeal and brown rice...

Is androbolic (equipose from Argentina) good stuff?

When should i take glucophage?

Is T-3 a good addition in this cycle? Should i go above 75mcg?

I am thinking of keeping my carbs at around 100gr per day.Would it work good with such kind of cycle?

Sample diet:


50gr oatmeal ,5 egg whites,1 scoop isopure (1/2hour after morning cardio(

150gr chicken breasts , green vegetables

protein shake with 1tbs Flax

30gr whey,30gr dextrose/malto (post workout)

150gr chicken breasts,green vegetables,1 tbs flax

cottage cheese,some chicken and 1 tbs flax

of course in case i get really hungry, npb ,cottage cheese and clean food will make up my diet. Occational refeeds will be there too to keep sane and to stop cravings which will surely come
