question about diet while on T3

Hi guys. i got a question. 4 days ago i started T3(6 weeks total). Now i am low on carbs(150 gr) and high in proteins(450) and low in fats(only 15 ml of flaxseed). I eat a lot of chicken, i also eat yoghurt(non-fat) whole wheat bread and eggs(white only), some salmon and a few protein shakes. Alltoghether 2800 cals(divided over 8 meals). To make my shakes i use skim milk, is this ok? i`ve tried water but thats disgusting :(
Or should i drop the milk for optimal results?
Also when does the T3 kick in? i feel alot warmer allready.
I am also using clen en Trenbolone at 160mg/EOD.

I just want to get as ripped as possible. offcourse i do cardio 4 times a week(or should i up this?). and train hard and i allready watch my diet because i know diet and cardio are the most important things. Just doubting about the milk though. also will 1 slice of bread with peanutbutter or salmon a day hurt?(i ask this because of the fats)

The warmth you feel is caused by the clen.

T3 will kick in after a few weeks to my opinion around week 3 it should be noticable.

Drop the milk im sorry it will retain some water...
 
well one week has past. and i dropped 2%.
i do feel warm but i think its the clen/t3 combo.
the stuff does make me hungry as hell. tricky when you`re cutting. but i can deal with it.
i think i`ll drop the shakes, or maybe do 1 with water because i cant stand the taste. i will just eat chicken and steak and eggs.

my current stats are:
age: 21
weight: 103 kilo
bf: 10.1 %
height: 1.90 m

how are you suppose to cycle T3 and how long can you use it for?
just asking for my girlfriend.
gonna get her some T3 soon to mix with her clen...
