those people that can't even get out of the house cause they are so big...
well they're putting a lot of food IN their bodies.. its gotta come out at some point- how do they... you know.. exterminate. relieve themselves. poop.

some of em can't even get out of bed. and the ones that can- wouldn't they break a toilet?

And to answer your question, a lot of them wear diapers.

a guy a lift with is an ER doctor and here is one of his stories.

He was working late one night and an obese person came in (bedridden). Came in for chest pains. Well they ran the tests and everything and there was some blockage or something and the next day the nurse was instructed to give this woman a sponge bath and when she lifted up one of her folds/rolls it was covered in maggots!!

obesity is like any other addiction, They just cannot stop!
I feel bad for these folks. I work with a guy that is 495 lbs. He starves all day and eats like a mad mad til he goes to bed.
I got him an appoint. with my Gasto and he is now booked for gastric bypass and therapy. He woke up!
